Spoilers and rumors about the upcoming second season of "Better Call Saul" continue to circulate. 

In an interview with Variety, "Better Call Saul" co-creater Peter Gould hinted that the TV series' main character, Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk), might finally give in to the dark side by turning from being a criminal lawyer to a drug lawyer.

Gould said, "There's something tragic about the fact that this guy who is so open-hearted and essentially a decent person becomes this drug lawyer. It creates a lot of tension in the show."

There have also been rumors that some of the "Breaking Bad" characters might make an appearance in the series. According to Digital Spy, Giancarlo Esposito, who played Gus Fring in the series, might join the show. The post even mentioned the series' main stars, Bryan Cranston (Jesse Pinkman) and Aaron Paul (Walter White), as possible characters who will join the series. Although this has yet to be confirmed, the possibility is not far from happening as "Better Call Saul" is a spin-off of the Emmy Award winning series "Breaking Bad."

"Better Call Saul" season 2 will also highlight the tension-filled relationship of Jimmy with drug-dealer and private investigator, Michael Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) as he transforms into a completely new character. Banks also played the same role in "Breaking Bad."

"Better Call Saul" is a prequel to "Breaking Bad," according to Vine Report, which means that the possibility of the mentioned characters coming into the show can be highly expected.

The show, which is set to air 10 episodes when it launches its second season on AMC next year, films on location in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the same place where the series "Breaking Bad" was filmed. Shooting for the series started two months ago and is currently under way.

The creators of "Better Call Saul," Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, still has a lot more surprises planned ahead, but fans would have to wait and see it for themselves when it airs in February 2016 on AMC.
