Although "Better Call Saul" follows the transition of Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) into his evil "Breaking Bad" persona Saul Goodman, the same goes for his beloved Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn).

The concept of good and bad is not as straightforward as it is implied even for Kim, who has been struggling with the defining the fine line between the two.

In an interview with Deadline, Seehorn said that this will still be the overarching theme in "Better Call Saul" season 3, not only for Jimmy but for her character as well.

"Good and bad is not the same as legal and illegal all the time. Unfortunately, they don't always line up that way," Seehorn said.

"All the characters are just sort of struggling with dealing with the fact that life just isn't black and white," the "Better Call Saul" star went on to say.

There's obviously more to Kim than what has been shown so far in the spinoff and "Better Call Saul" season 3 is expected to flesh her out a little more.

In an interview with Variety last month, Odenkirk hinted the wild side of Kim and how the coming seasons of "Better Call Saul" will further reveal her past.

The "Better Call Saul" lead star knows that there are a lot of questions as to why Kim is in love with Jimmy. The second season was definitely a big development for Seehorn's character and it further shows an understanding on why she is with Jimmy.

"I think in season two, there were some glimpses of a wilder side of her character that you didn't really see at first. You became aware that you don't know her past," Odenkirk said.

"We start to become aware that she's a complex character, and we start to see some of her attraction to Jimmy and the ways in which we're very different," the actor went on to say.

Odenkirk says that Kim loves Saul's gamesmanship and energy. "Better Call Saul" season 3 is expected to further delve into this aspect as well as Kim's past.

"Better Call Saul" season 3 is expected to premiere early next year on AMC.
