Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) will find himself in deeper legal trouble on the next episode of "Better Call Saul" season 3.

In the previous episode, Jimmy angrily stormed into his brother Chuck's (Michael McKean) house to destroy the tape where he was recorded committing a crime when his girlfriend Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) told him about it. However, everything was witnessed by Chuck's law firm partner Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian) and a private detective.

This means that he can use both Howard and the private detective to testify that Jimmy threatened him and destroyed the evidence of the crime he committed.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, series creator Vince Gilligan confirmed that Jimmy might have to face the consequences of his past and most recent actions in the third episode of "Better Call Saul" season 3 after AMC released several photos showing Jimmy appearing to be wearing an orange jumpsuit.

"It looks like what's going to happen next is going to involve the authorities, for sure," Gilligan stated. "If you've been watching the show closely and seeing those behind-the-scenes photos — seeing the images of Jimmy in the orange jumpsuit — you probably now have a good guess as to how that's going to come about."

Meanwhile, the synopsis of the upcoming season called "Sunk Costs" reveals that Mike Ehrmantraut's (Jonathan Banks) life will change after meeting a new ally. Since Gus Fring's (Giancarlo Esposito) first appearance in the spin-off of "Breaking Bad" finally happened in the previous episode, it would not be surprising to see that the illegal drug dealer who is disguising as a food chain magnate would turn out as Mike's new ally.

On the other hand, Kim and Jimmy's relationship might turn sour in the upcoming episode since she will reportedly oppose Jimmy's new client.

"Better Call Saul" season 3 episode 3 is slated to air on AMC tonight, April 24, at 10 p.m. EDT.
