Things are not looking good for the Rayburns in the latest trailer of "Bloodline" season 3.

Season 2 left off with John (Kyle Chandler) getting away from their Florida Keys home. Although he is not the type of character who runs from his problems, recent events left him no choice but to escape from everything. However, he still returned home, possibly to help his brother Kevin (Norbert Leo Butz) after he killed Marco (Enrique Murciano).

The Rayburn siblings are in trouble, but it looks like Sally (Sissy Spacek) can help out her sons deal with this mess they are currently in. The new trailer for season 3 has arrived, hinting that she will have a larger role to play in the next installment.

"How did we get here?" the Rayburn matriarch Sally says at the beginning of the clip. "We had some good times, didn't we? But you all lied to me." By the looks of the teaser, more revelations will make the family's journey even more difficult.

In April, Netflix released a sneak peek of season 3, with Sally saying she wants to confess about her sons' crimes. Co-creator Glenn Kessler told The Hollywood Reporter that Sally is finally discovering the truth of what her children have been doing. This opens up more storyline possibilities as the family's secrets come to light.

"It's exciting because moving forward Sissy Spacek's character, who's been out of the loop for much of the first two seasons in terms of what's been going on with her family, she's now being brought in so it's going to be exciting to see how she participates with her children," he shared.

Kessler further teased that Sally would eventually know that Danny (Ben Mendelsohn) was murdered by his brother John. He mentioned that it is one of the scenes viewers should look forward to. "There is a horrible, horrible scenario down the road where their mother finds out," he added.

The third and final season of "Bloodline" premieres Friday, May 26, on Netflix.
