Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to hospice care. This was confirmed in a statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 24, by Pat Houston. 

In her statement, Pat said that her niece, the only child of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, has not improved since she was first hospitalized on Jan. 31.

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care," said Pat on behalf of the family. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now." 

The 22-year old has been under constant medical supervision since she was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta home in January. Bobbi Kristina was first put in a medically induced coma and hospitalized at North Fulton Hospital in Georgia before she was moved to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. 

Family members previously made conflicting statements about the young woman's condition, and while updates about her health have been few and vague, her maternal grandmother, Cissy Houston, told Entertainment Tonight last month that she was "not progressing at all." 

Meanwhile, Us Weekly reported that Bobby Brown was seen rushing to be by his daughter's side one day after she was moved to hospice care. An eyewitness told the website that the R&B singer pulled into the parking lot and entered Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia at around 1:10 p.m. on Thursday. CNN also reported that the 22-year old's family members have been seen going in and out of the facility on the same day. 

On Wednesday, a civil lawsuit has been filed against Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon, which claims that his behavior caused "substantial bodily harm" to the young woman.

Bobby Brown told Us Weekly that he and Pat Houston are focused on Bobbi Kristina's medical prognosis. 

"Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter's injuries needs to be brought to justice," he said.
