Weeks ago, there were reports that the daughter of the late Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who is still fighting for her life after being found unconscious in a bathtub in her home in Jan. 31, will be taken out of life support and be brought home where she will "die peacefully."

However, Christopher Brown, attorney of Bobbi's father Bobby Brown, felt the need to throw light on these reports he described as "false" and sensationalized, telling ABC News in a statement that "Bobbi Kristina is not going home to die, as numerous news affiliates and websites have reported."

The lawyer also made it clear that Bobby has not made any statements or conducted an interview with other sites, with Bobby urging others not to believe any words attributed to him unless stated by him or his attorney. In fact, it is the first time in weeks that Bobby Brown spoke about the latest on Bobbi Kristina's recuperation.

At the moment, Bobby is focused on what's important—his daughter's recovery and the hunt for justice. "I am making decisions with [Bobbi Kristina's aunt] Pat Houston and we are working together for the medical care of my daughter," he told ABC News.

"Right now we are focused on Bobbi Kristina's medical prognosis and the criminal investigation. These are the priorities for us. Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter's injuries needs to be brought to justice," the musician went on to say.

Back in April, Bobbi Kristina's grandmother Cissy Houston revealed that the 22-year-old incurred an "irreversible brain damage." Alicia Etheredge-Brown, Bobby's wife, said around that time that she "opened her eyes and started a rehabilitation that will be long and hard."

"We will hold on to all the blessings God gives us to help her at this time," she went on to say.
