Thursday on "The Bold and the Beautiful," Liam told Ivy that Carter was able to arrange their annulment papers, and Ivy told him that she never meant for him to feel trapped. After they both sign the papers, Ivy told him that he's free.

Elsewhere at Forrester Creations, Steffy told Aly that she was sorry about her mother and told her that she lost Phoebe. Aly told her it's not the same — Steffy still has her mother, after all. Steffy pointed out that Aly still talks to Darla, and Aly snapped at her and said to stop looking at her like she's crazy. Wasn't she the reason why Liam and Ivy weren't together anymore? Ridge arrived and said that there was going to be a meeting. Aly said she wanted to join and promised not to be a problem.

In another office, Rick, Maya, Brooke and Pam welcomed Zende to the company as Nicole looked at the newcomer with interest. Maya learned that Nicole is interning as well, and Zende found out that she tried to model but was not very good at it. Rick joked that Forrester is back to being all light and merry now that Ridge is back in charge.

Zende and Nicole talked about the Forrester family, and later he asked her if she's taken. He said that he's looking for the right girl and was wondering if he's in the right place to meet her.

At the meeting, Ivy announced that she wouldn't get deported and that she and Liam have already signed the annulment papers. Ridge welcomed Maya back and praised Rick for deciding to run Forrester International from there. Ridge then introduced a new campaign called California Freedom and said that it will incorporate all Forrester designs. Aly didn't approve of the plan to include lingerie and swimsuits. She said it's disgusting, and that she expected something like this from Steffy but not from Ridge. Aly said that her grandfather wouldn't have wanted this for the company, but Ridge and Steffy said that they spoke to him and got his approval.

Here's what to expect on "The Bold and the Beautiful" on Friday, July 3: The Forresters and Spencers celebrate the Fourth of July; Vivienne Avant arrives in Los Angeles looking for her daughter, Nicole; sparks fly between Zende and Nicole.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
