No matter how much her husband pushes her away, Angela (Michaela Conlin) is determined to stick it out until Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) learns to accept his condition in the second half of season 11 of the FOX long-running series "Bones."

Spoilers for the upcoming episodes indicate that the fates will not be treating Angela and Hodgins well, considering that he will be paralyzed from the waist down. The blast that took place during the midseason finale not only robbed Hodgins his ability to walk. It also stole his patience and confidence, which makes living with and around him nothing short than a nightmare. As his wife, Angela has no escape from his black temper and this will result to a lot of fight and conflicts.

As Hodgins undergo the process of acceptance, his marriage will suffer. Every time he looks at Angela, all he can think of is the baby she wants so badly. The couple has been planning her pregnancy for quite some time now. Angela told Hodgins of her wish to conceive and make their family complete, but because of his condition, they have to forget that for a while. This makes Hodgins feel like he is a failure. As much as Angela tells him that he is not, he just will not be consoled.

With the marriage hanging in the balance, fans of the FOX series fear that Angela will end up leaving Hodgins. In an interview with TV Line, Conlin said she was also surprised to learn that her character would weather the storm with her husband. In the past, Angela has always been the flighty one, always wanting to explore and spread her wings. In one instance, she even wanted to resign from the Jeffersonian and travel, but Hodgins made her stay. This makes her decision to stick to him all the more surprising, considering his bad attitude and all.

"She always sort of has one foot out the door. But now she's like, 'I'm all in with you, I want this to work,'" the actress said.

Meanwhile, there is still no news as to whether FOX will renew "Bones" for season 12. According to co-chairman and CEO Dana Walden, the network has not made a decision yet, but hopefully, it would be announced soon. Entertainment Weekly reports that if the series indeed will be ending soon, the showrunners are preparing a great finale.

"We want to send it out with style and class and the way it wants to be wrapped up ... I don't believe any of the practical elements of the production have been delayed. We hope to announce it soon," she said.

Bones" season 11 is expected to return in 2016, but FOX has yet to announce a specific return date.
