Another big reality show family welcomed a new addition in their household.

Last week, "Bringing Up Bates" star Alyssa Bates gave birth to her first child with husband John Webster. They named her Allie Jane. The new baby will join the big family formed by Gil and Kelly Jo.

In a joint statement after their baby girl's birth, Alyssa and John said:

"We are so excited to welcome our healthy, beautiful baby girl Allie Jane into the world. We are ecstatic and grateful to receive this precious gift. We know she will be showered with lots of love from her grandparents and her aunts and uncles."

Gil and Kelly Jo also expressed their happiness with the arrival of their second grandchild. "We are truly overjoyed as we welcome our first granddaughter, Allie Jane, into the world and into our family," the second-time grandparents said. "She's stolen our grandparent's hearts already! We are beyond blessed and our hearts are full."

The first Bates grandchild was born last October, when Alyssa's older brother Zach and his wife Whitney Perkins welcomed their son Bradley Gilvin. Their sister Erin is also expected to give birth to her first child in June, after suffering from multiple miscarriages.

Alyssa and John were married in Tennessee on May 24 last year, and they moved to Florida to be closer to his family's air-conditioning business.

The Bates is the counterpart of the popular Duggar family from TLC's "19 Kids and Counting." Their own show titled "Bringing Up Bates" is the highest-rated show featured in UPtv.

Just like the Bates, the Duggars also welcomed a new addition in the family this month. Jill Duggar gave birth to her first son named Israel David with her husband Derick Dillard.

"Bringing Up Bates" will feature Alyssa's childbirth in the reality show's second season which will begin on June 4.
