It seems like film director Colin Trevorrow knows what to tell actress Bryce Dallas Howard to convince her to reprise her role as Claire Dearing in "Jurassic Park 2," and it involves changing a vital part of her wardrobe.

Howard revealed during a recent interview with Collider before the highly anticipated home video release of "Jurassic World" that she no longer has to wear painful pairs of high heels for the sequel of the blockbuster movie.

According to the actress, Trevorrow told her that they will be making a follow-up film for this year's biggest movie release and her character will be in it. But the detail about the film that caught her attention the most was Trevorrow's text message which said "#NoHeels2018."

Fans of the movie were obviously troubled with the her character's choice of footwear, since most of them talked about how hard it must be for the park operations manager to run around in heels. While others believed that it was very unrealistic to see a woman running in a theme park filled with vicious dinosaurs while wearing high heels, Howard claimed that she understood why Claire did not bother to change into a more comfortable pair of flats.

"In terms of the controversy of it, that is something I didn't expect at all. I sort of, from the perspective, I was like 'Of course, it's illogical for her to be in heels in the jungle.' She never intended to go into the jungle," the actress explained. "If she was in flats, that would be a cheat. That would be something like, 'Oh, she managed to get her hands on flats.' No, no, no, Claire never thought she was going to end up tracing through the jungle, let alone outrunning a T-Rex."

Aside from Howard, actor Chris Pratt will also reprise his role as dinosaur researcher Owen in the next installment of the record-breaking box-office hit "Jurassic World" movie, which earned more than $1.6 billion.

"Jurassic World 2" is slated for release on June 22, 2018.
