Activision and Sledgehammer Games are not yet finished redefining futuristic warfare in "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" as both entities have announced that additional content in the form of DLC releases — "Havoc" and "Exo Zombies" — will be going live on Jan. 27. "Havoc" will comprise up of four new online maps, while the "Exo Zombies" DLC features a new breed of foe that will deliver a totally different form of immersion for "Call of Duty" fans.

The "Havoc" DLC's maps are as follows:

Core: The surrounding environment is the Gobi desert and players are inserted in a dilapidated nuclear fusion plant. This map comprises of two teams and victory depends upon the amount of scorestreaks the players are able to execute before the time expires.

Urban: Players are pitted in free-for-all mode in an advanced structure that allows them to take control of the avatar's exoskeleton's capabilities.

Sideshow: The setting of the online map is Wyoming, where two teams take on each other in an abandoned motel. Similar to the online map Core, the winning team is based on the amount of scorestreaks each player in the designated team is able to snare.

Drift: Set on a high altitude playground, players are once again required to take advantage of their avatar's exoskeleton abilities to gain the upper hand.

In addition to the four online maps, DLC owners will also gain access to the "Havoc" DLC Pack bonus weapons. The two unlocked weapons to be awarded to players are the AE4 directed energy assault rifle, along with its custom variant, the AE4 Widowmaker.

As for the "Exo Zombies" DLC, players will be squaring off with a new enemy that has sprouted, thanks to the creation of DNA bioweapon. "Exo Zombies" provides a co-op experience to players as well as brings about additional movements, abilities, and weapons to make players combat effective against the new threat.
