Initially released on the PS4 on April 19, the Eclipse DLC for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is landing on the Xbox One and PC on May 19, developer Treyarch announced.

As part of the exclusivity deal with Sony and publisher Activision, users of the PS4 got to access the DLC almost a month ahead of other players.

But the time has come for the rest of the "Black Ops 3" gaming community to get a load of the action, fun and horrors of the new DLC.

Just like gamers of the Sony-made console, Xbox One and PC-playing patrons of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will enjoy all of Eclipse DLC's goodies including four multiplayer maps and a Zombie mode update.

The first map is called Spire, located in a futuristic sub-orbital airport terminal hovering high in the sky. The second one is called Rift, a military complex hanging over an active caldera for added difficulty.

The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Eclipse DLC also comes with the Knockout map, a retro-style shaolin temple perfect for a kung-fu tournament with a twist, which, of course, comes in the form of the inclusion of guns.

The last map is called Verge, which is practically a re-imagined Banzai map from "Call of Duty: World at War." There are fun new upgrades to the map that players are bound to enjoy.

The star of the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Eclipse DLC has to be the latest chapter for the Zombie mode. Treyarch is taking players to Zetsubou No Shima, where players are tasked to defy the killer upshots of the Element 115 experiments held there.

The DLC, which follows the first post-launch content "Awakening," will be sold for $15. It is included in the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" season pass priced $50.

Activision recently released an update for the shooter. Patch notes for the console are available here (for PS4), here (for Xbox One) and here (for PC). A special Cryptokey Weekend event was also announced.
