Gamers won't be getting more Prestige Levels in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" than what developer Treyarch intends to put in the game before it hits the market. In a Reddit post, game design director David Vonderhaar revealed that they "are not fans of adding Prestige Levels after launch."

"We wanted Prestige to have an end goal and off ramp. It's why we gave it a name (Master Prestige) and removed the level icon when you hit it," he explained.

He added that there "is a room to do interesting things to highlight a Master Prestige player" but "that is NOT adding more prestige levels." It looks like Treyarch has better plans for Master Prestige players.

Vonderhaar wrote, "It's designed, but not implemented yet, and I don't want to put my foot in my mouth in case it doesn't happen for scope or schedule reasons."

In other "Black Ops 3" news, Treyarch seems to be very happy with their decision to team up with Sony. The studio partnered with Microsoft in the previous installments before making the switch. Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg talked with Game Informer about the deal.

Hirshberg believes that "the partnership with Sony was the right decision at this time," saying, "They've been a great partner on Destiny, and they have a ton of momentum with the PS4 and really got behind this thing. They wanted to see that deal on their platform. We're going to make it work."

Meanwhile, the much-awaited trailer for the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Zombie mode will be presented during Activision's conference at the San Diego Comic Con on July 9 at 1 p.m. PDT. Gamers who will be able to attend the event will get a "limited edition" Zombie memorabilia and will get to play in the Black Ops 3 Escape Room Challenge.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" will be released on Nov. 6.
