"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will be released next month, and it will also come in several special editions. These special editions were estimated to consume a sizeable amount of hard disk space which would be around 130 GB.

Publisher Activision has confirmed this via the game's FAQ page. In it, it says: "The estimated storage space required for 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare' and 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered' (Legacy, Digital Deluxe, or Legacy Pro) is a combined 130 GB. This is a high-end estimate, which includes both games and any Day One updates, as well as the additional Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer maps to be released before 12/31/16."

Prior to the confirmation, Charlie Intel was able to get their hands on a photo of the box used for the upcoming game. It showed that a minimum of 130 GB of space is required for the full installation of the two games. The alleged box of the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" Legacy Edition was said to be given by a French game retailer, Micromania, although it contains no physical disc. A customer has to go back to the store on the release date to pick up the actual disc.

The special editions contain two games, "Infinite Warfare" and "Modern Warfare Remastered." This translates to two full campaigns and two multiplayer clients. It is expected to consume a huge amount of disk space, but not as much as the previously mentioned space requirements.

In comparison, last year's "Black Ops 3" required around 60 GB. The remastered game is then estimated to be around 40 GB. This leaves another 30 GB of needed space. Players are now thinking that it is quite impossible to have a remastered game that is as big as a modern game unless Activision has some sort of a surprise in store for the game.

Officially, "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered" will contain the original full campaign, and it will include missions such as All Ghillied Up, Mile High Club, and Crew Expendable. It will also contain 10 of the most loved multiplayer maps including Ambush, Backlot, Bog, Crash, and Crossfire, among others. Additionally, six maps will arrive on Dec. 31, and they are named Wet Work, Strike, Showdown, Pipeline, Countdown, and Bloc.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare: is slated to be released on Nov. 4 the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Widows PC.
