Candace Cameron Bure is currently under fire after reprising her character DJ Tanner in the "Fuller House" spin-off series from Netflix, but some of her fans believe that the actress did nothing wrong.

The actress is being called out by some of her fans for being a little too "raunchy" in the spin-off series.

According to reports, the fans are not happy to see Bure wear sexy outfits as she is known for her deeply conservative Christian values.

Others are not happy to see Bure on a show that tackles mature content. In one of the episodes of the series, DJ was seen kissing different men while her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) locked lips with DJ's female best friend Kimmy (Andrea Barber).

But not everyone is disappointed with "The View" host. In one of her Instagram posts, several fans expressed their support to Bure.

"All of the judgements I've read on Facebook & here hurt my heart! Love you Candace. You are amazing! Don't let people get you down. They have their own things they need to be worrying about," a fan commented on Instagram. "Judging you is not one of them. There are bigger problems than how someone dresses or says damn. I love Jesus and I say damn. I also know that we should be leading people to Christ, not judging them left and right for nit picky things. What a turn off for others to even consider Christ. Wake up people! Xoxo I support you Candace!!"

However, the actress has yet to address her fans' reactions to the show. Instead, she told Glamour in an interview that all in the cast of the series are very grateful for the developments that happened to their characters.

"They took the best of what we each naturally could offer and then enhanced that and made it true to the character," Bure revealed.

Despite all the criticisms, Bure and the rest of the cast of "Fuller House" will return to Netflix for season 2.
