According to SA NA, a Chinese site, film directors Joe and Anthony Russo have plans for a costume revamp for the Marvel Studios version of Spider-Man.

"It is a new costume We were trying to pull forward the work that we had done in Captain America: The Winter Soldier on Cap." The Russo brothers said in an interview with SA NA. "So, the innovations that we made to his costume in that form are very much the tonal texture that we are pulling forward." The directors add by saying that the Spider-Man of the MCU will have a look that is "grounded in that Winter Soldier tone."

The trailer for "Captain America: Civil War" has shown a big change to the costume of Steve Rogers as well, showing a more serious and modern tone to it. The red stripes have been ditched and the costume now bears mostly shades of dark blue.
