As Magneto always says in the "X-Men" movies, the war between humans and mutants is inevitable. However, it is a totally different story when mutants fight against mutants. In "Captain America: Civil War," superhero will be pitted against another superhero, and everyone with special abilities will have to choose a side. 

The plot for "Civil War" has been written in different media reports since its title was officially released. It will be a war between two opposing ideologies, one agreeing with the Superhero Registration Act and the other disagreeing with it. With the Pro- and Anti-Registration groups banging heads, it is inevitable for each superhero to show support for one side or the other. 

Iron Man will lead the pro-registration, while Captain America will head the opposition group.  According to Movie Pilot, many will side with the Captain, including Wolverine, Storm, Daredevil, Luke Cage Goliath, Doctor Strange, Jessica Jones, Hercules and a lot more. The Secret Avengers will also help Cap and his group fight. It becomes more obvious that the superheroes do not like to be tied down with such a law. 

But siding with Captain America brings about a huge risk, since they will definitely be outnumbered by the other group. Those who will be siding with Iron Man comprise mostly of the government, the Thunderbolts, agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., some savage villains, and the public citizens. 

It is definitely sad to see an Avenger fighting another, especially when mankind has been rooting for the group of superheroes to save the world. To add, rumor has it that this will be Steve Rogers' last stint as a superhero. There are speculations that the Captain will die in this third movie. If Rogers will meet his demise in the hands of Tony Stark, this will spark massive confusion among comics and movie fans alike.
