Reports do indicate that Agent Sam Wilson A.K.A. the Falcon (played by Anthony Mackie) will be having a big role to play in "Avengers: Infinity War" so it is unlikely that the character will be dying in "Civil War." The same holds true for James Rhodes, whom reports say will only be heavily injured in the movie.

In "Avengers: Age of Ultron," two death scenes were shot during production, that of Hawkeye and of Quicksilver with the latter's death happening.

The Hashtag Show does build on the possibility of the Scarlet Witch being killed off in the film however. It is likely that this will be a motivation for "The Vision" to leave earth, as it is expected that he will and then turn up in the farther areas of space.
