Carolina Panthers vs San Francisco 49ers live stream (Fox): Watch NFL 2016 football online

The Carolina Panthers will host the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in a massive Week 2 clash from the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The Panthers will be looking to claim their first win of the season here, where as the 49ers will be looking to move to 2-0. The game has a scheduled start time of 1 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox network. The game can be watched online through live stream via the link below.

The Panthers took part in the big season opener last Thursday, and for most of the game looked like they would claim an excellent victory over the Denver Broncos to gain some revenge for last season's Super Bowl loss.

However, despite entering the final quarter being 17-7 ahead, the Broncos offense stormed into life in the final quarter, and with only a solitary field goal to show for all their second half's work, the Panthers ultimately lost the game 20-21.

Although that loss will have been hugely disappointing, the result shouldn't be too disheartening for the Carolina players, and they will be looking forward to going out again this week to set things straight and get their first win of the season under their belts.

The 49ers though will be no walkover. They put on a solid performance in Week 1, defeating the LA Rams 28-0, and that will have given them hope to perhaps get one over on the Panthers today.

Earlier this week on Thursday Night Football the New York Jets achieved their first win of the season as they defeated their in-state rivals, the Buffalo Bills 37-31.

The Jets had opened up their season with a disappointing loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, where they looked like they were still in pre-season. However, the Jets woke up on Thursday night, and put on a much more explosive display.

Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick completed an impressive 24 of 34 passes for 374 yards as he took apart the Bills' secondary with the help of wide receivers Eric Decker, Brandon Marshall and Quincy Enunwa.

Decker put on a stellar performance with six catches and a touchdown, and moved to 18 straight games recording at least 80 receiving yards or a touchdown.

Marshall meanwhile also had a fantastic game, recording six catches for 101 yards. He did give the Jets a scare in the second quarter when he went down with a knee injury. Marshall made a 15 yard reception but went down under Bills cornerback Stephon Gilmore. Marshall was down on the field for several minutes.

Marshall said after the game: "I thought I was done. I thought I was going to be finishing in my backyard in Florida."

However, even though he departed the field with the help of trainers, he returned to the game and continued to tease the Bills' defense.

Fitzpatrick later said, "Brandon is one of the tougher guys you'll ever see. They were looking at his knee, and I didn't think it was good. To see him on the ground in pain, I knew something was wrong. But then, when he stepped back in the huddle later on, it was a big surprise, but relief as well."

Tyrod Taylor tried to get the Bills offense going, and completed 18 of 30 for 297 yards and three touchdowns, however, Buffalo were just too inconsistent throughout the night and lacked efficiency in their play.

Week 2 continues today and the Carolina Panthers and the San Francisco 49ers will take to the field to start at 1 p.m. ET. The game can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream by clicking here.
