Carrie Underwood starts a new holiday tradition at the Fisher household after baking Christmas cookies with her son Isaiah Michael.

In an Instagram post, the "Inside Your Heaven" singer shared a gallery of photos showing her 2-year-old-son adding the finishing touches to a Christmas cookie covered with red sprinkles and M&Ms from a high chair, as well as the finished product.

Underwood also revealed a shocking news -- her son loves frosting.

"I actually don't think I've ever made Christmas cookies before but this will definitely be a new tradition in the Fisher household," she said in the caption.

For the most part, the seven-time Grammy award winner has kept her son from the spotlight. There were a few times that she let him shine though, at least on her social media. In February, she posted a photo of Isaiah's second birthday celebration, saying her "angel" has gotten so big. A week before that, the 34-year-old mother posted a clip of the two of them singing "Jesus Loves Me," which her followers thought was "precious."

For fans, it was nice to know that the country singer is up and about, a month after she broke her wrist from a fall at her house, just a few days after co-hosting the 51^st annual Country Music Association Awards with Brad Paisley.

In early November, the "Blown Away" singer sustained multiple injuries after she fell at the steps outside her house. Her husband, retired ice hockey player Mike Fisher, reportedly rushed home to Nashville due to the accident.

At that time, her representative said her recovery would take some time.

In a Tweet, the country artist also thanked her fans for all the well wishes. "I'll be alright...might just take some time...glad I've got the best hubby in the world to take care of me," she said.

And now it looks like the few weeks of break and recovery have been good to the "American Idol" alum.
