Paul (Colin Ferguson) wants Olivia (Andie McDowell) to be cautious of his own sister in the upcoming episode of Hallmark Channel's drama series "Cedar Cove."

In "Runaway," TV Guide reports that the new district attorney will ask Olivia to be leery of Liz (Emily Holmes) and her true intentions. Last episode, Paul's sister came for a visit and when she saw how her brother was very much attracted to the judge, she decided to take things in her own hands and push them together. This did not go well with Jack (Dylan Neal), who has been anxious about the blossoming relationship between the two.

When Jack overheard Liz telling Paul he was obviously smitten in the town's annual charity softball game, he saw red. The fact that the men were captains of the opposing teams did not help lessen the strained atmosphere. As expected, the tension culminated into an ugly fight, in front of the whole town, in an event to raise money for the local animal shelter, no less. Olivia was not pleased with the two and neither of them won points from her.

As for Grace (Teryl Rothery), she told Maryellen (Elyse Levesque) about her plans to marry Cliff (Sebastian Spence). Contrary to what she expected, her daughter did not take the news well, perhaps because the latter was worrying about her own love life. Her boyfriend John (Giles Panton) has not yet proposed to her and he wanted them both to go to New York together.

Maryellen did not want to leave Cedar Cove. She has her job and no matter how annoyed she may be with Grace, it was comforting to have her so near. Hopefully, her misunderstanding with John could be resolved soon, so she could show proper support to her mother's brave decision to try marriage again. Grace has previously turned down Cliff's proposal, as she did not want to be shackled in matrimony. But after a brief separation, she realized that it was not worth losing him over her unjustified fear.

Meanwhile, also in episode 7, Jack will put his job on the line for Jeri (Julia Benson). How will Olivia react to his gallant act to save his ex-wife? Will this complicate their rocky relationship further? Jack will better be careful, as Paul will be ready to swoop down the moment he gives him a chance to snatch the judge.

"Cedar Cove" airs Saturdays at 8 p.m. EST on Hallmark Channel.
