Olivia's (Andie McDowell) will find herself giving some love advices to Paul (Colin Ferguson) in the upcoming episode of Hallmark Channel's drama series "Cedar Cove."

In "Engagements," TV Guide reports that the judge will be coaching the new district attorney on the facts of love. Paul had his first date after his messy divorce and was understandably out of practice with wooing the opposite sex. Taking advice of someone who is an expert in dealing with the matters of the heart, of course, is the best recourse that he can take. But should it be from Olivia, whom he is attracted to?

As for Olivia, while she may be considered a veteran in relationships, her current status with longtime boyfriend Jack (Dylan Neal) is not exactly peachy at the moment. They cannot seem to solve the problems they have and as a result, they continue to pile up. Now that Jack's new job will require him to permanently stay in Seattle, it is quite obvious that things will go much rougher between the two of them. Will Olivia be qualified to teach Paul how to deal with love, when she needs some advice herself?

Last episode, Olivia decided to sign over her half of her mother's home to Buck (Tom Butler). Her brother Will (Cameron Bancroft) had wanted to sell it to Warren (Brennan Elliott), but she decided to take the plunge with the older Saget. Perhaps the judge felt it was better getting something out of their old family home than let conniving Will take all her shares.

Jeri (Julia Benson) was furious with Jack after she learned that he was offered her old position in the newspaper company. She felt that her former husband was stealing her job as editor at the Seattle paper and could not believe he would do that to her. After having some doubts, Jack decided to take the offer. But when he realized that he had to stay in Seattle, he started having misgivings again. Will he really leave Cedar Cove and Olivia behind for an opportunity like this?

"Cedar Cove" airs Saturdays at 8 p.m. EST on Hallmark Channel.
