In the next season of "Channel Zero," the story covers the journey of a young woman named Alice (Olivia Luccardi) in a new city where strange disappearances take place.

The trailer for the upcoming run titled "Butcher's Block" was released just recently and showed Alice in various dream-like and mysterious scenes. She appears in a field of yellow flowers as she turns to face the audience. It is likely that she is having a dream or experiencing a flashback of a better time. In another scene, she is walking down a hallway with red carpet. She approaches the red door at the end of it. She seems to be looking for clues regarding a string of strange disappearances that are connected to staircases. She is next seen walking up a flight of stairs with two statues of bulls at the sides.

With the help of her sister, Alice discovers that there is something preying on the residents of the city in the worst neighborhoods. The creature is hinted in the next few scenes where it appears to be something with antlers. It has somewhat wooden skin and has a terrifying set of teeth that appear to be chewing on something. It remains to be seen what the creature is, and why it is terrorizing and abducting people in the city.

In the concluding episode of season 2's "No-End House," Jules (Aisha Dee) was able to find Margot Sleator (Amy Forsyth) in the alternate dimension and make her come to her senses. Apparently, she had given so much of her memories to John (John Carroll Lynch) for him to eat. Jules, nevertheless, was able to convince her return to the real world. They left John and the villainous Seth (Jeff Ward) behind and returned home safely.

"Channel Zero: Butcher's Block" is expected to air in spring of 2018.
