April (Italia Ricci) and Leo (Scott Michael Foster) may be facing relationship problems due to trust issues in the upcoming episode of ABC Family's drama series "Chasing Life."

In "Truly, Madly, Deeply," Cartermatt reports that while the lovebirds are busy planning their wedding, misunderstanding will arise after Sara (Mary Page Keller) suggests that they take "a newlywed quiz." Instead of bringing them closer together, the little game will bring up concerns that should have been kept under the lid.

Now, it appears that the engaged couple has not been truly honest with each other. This will affect April more, as she is also dealing with the realization that the father she knew is not really the person she thinks he is. Meanwhile, Brenna (Haley Ramm) will find herself in hot water after entangling with Margo's (Aurora Perrineau) crazy ex-lover and Sara will take the night off from dating drama with Beth (Aisha Dee).

Last episode, viewers saw the impact of April's sickness to Brenna. Her little sister had to leave Charton due to their family's financial problems. To top it all off, Brenna had two days to say goodbye to her new friends and club before transferring to a public school.

To make it up to her, April made Brenna her maid of honor, thinking that at least she would be a little happier. The entire wedding preparation, however, turned out to be a personal hell for Brenna.

First, she had to figure out how to finish editing the film she had been working on while doing her duties. Then, she had the misfortune to bump into Jake (Tyler Case), the guy who paid her to have an abortion. When she finally did have the "me" time she needed, she ended up kissing Margo, which came off badly too. For a teenager, is there ever a day that could be a lot worse than that?

"Chasing Life" airs Monday at 9 p.m. EST on ABC Family.
