April (Italia Ricci) and Leo (Scott Michael Foster) prepare to face life as a married couple in the upcoming episode of ABC Family's drama series "Chasing Life."

In "As Long as We Both Shall Live," Catermatt reports that the two will now try to settle into a normal married life. Their euphoria due to the wedding is slowly fading and they are now faced with certain adjustments now that they are one. Reality kicks in as some issues start cropping up.

Leo is apparently set on "putting down roots" early into their marriage, which is not part of April's plan. She believes that at the moment, she is just starting to live her life and having a baby is a bit too soon for her. For his part, her husband is in full-swing, planning even the minute details of their future family and also prepping up for his new job. Will the newlyweds be able to compromise, or is this a premonition of what their marriage will be like in the coming days?

Elsewhere, Brenna (Haley Ramm) is facing some adjustments of her own. Apparently, she does not feel welcomed at her new school's LGBQT club. The teenager feels that the members are not supporting her, as they should.

Meanwhile, viewers may have noticed how quiet things are on Natalie's (Jessica Meraz) end. For the past episodes, she has been a sort of a friend of April while the latter was deep in her wedding preparations. Nobody can tell that not long ago, there was tension between them after she stole her half-sister's boyfriend.

While the sibling fights have been seemingly kept to a minimum, Meraz told the International Business Times viewers should not expect her character to "stay out of the drama forever." She said that although things were "surprisingly good" between Natalie and April at the moment, that did not mean there would be no issues later on.

"I like to say that Natalie's lion is just kind of quiet and tame right now. But the lion will be woken up," Meraz shared.

As for what fans could expect of her character this season, Meraz said they will see a lot of her "new dimensions." She also hinted that something will happen to Natalie that will alter her in ways she did not expect.

"There will be an event that happens that changes everything for her and makes her question all of her feelings about everyone."

"Chasing Life" airs Monday at 9 p.m. EST on ABC Family.
