Chelsea vs Manchester City preview, live stream info: How to watch English Premier League 2015 football online

Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea will try to get their first victory of the season as they will be hosted by Manchester City this Sunday.

It was not a good start for Chelsea as they opened their title defense with a 2–2 draw against Swansea City.

During the match, the Blues had an early 2–1 advantage after a successful free kick from midfielder Oscar dos Santos Emboaba Junior and an own goal from Swansea's Federico Fernández.

"I believe totally, clearly," Chelsea manager José Mourinho has said.Reuters

But forward Bafétimbi Gomis netted a successful penalty shot to tie the match and end it at 2–2 against the defending champions.

Adding insult to injury, goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois was given a red card and will not be joining the club when they take on Man City after the appeal for the call was turned down.

"They didn't have chances against 11. The team was playing very, very well in the first half. In the second, in one minute, it was a penalty, red card and the goal - 2–2," Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho said, according to BBC Sports.

He added, "If you have 10 men and are winning you can defend well and try to find a strategy but to play with 10 men and try to win the game is more difficult. I would say we were the best team with 11 players and with 10 we fought hard, some fighting at the limit of their condition."

Meanwhile, Manchester City is coming off a dominant 3–0 victory over West Brom as midfielders David Silva and Yaya Touré and captain Vincent Kompany all scored for the Citizens.

The match also saw the debut of young midfielder Raheem Sterling who was involved in a drama-filled saga before transferring from Liverpool.

Despite not scoring a goal, Kompany believes in Sterling and said he is one of the tools they have to hurt other clubs.

Meanwhile, Man City manager Manuel Pellegrini stated that opening their new Premier League campaign with a win is a great start for them.
