A familiar face might return to the Chicago Bulls as the trade period is soon coming to a halt, Miami Heat forward Luol Deng may again join the franchise he represented for over nine seasons. 

ESPN's Bradford Doolittle suggested a number of trade moves the Bulls can accomplish to become a better team this season and one of them is bringing Deng back. 

In a report by Wes Goldberg of Sports Illustrated's Fansided (All U Can Heat), he discussed deeper the possible trade. 

The report featured the potential deal involving the Bulls, Heat, Deng, and three more players. 

If the deal will materialize, the Bulls receive Deng and a center in the Heat's Christian Andersen, while Miami on the other hand get veteran big man Joakim Noah and budding forward Tony Snell. 

Both Deng and Andersen have expiring contracts with Miami, and the Heat dumping those pacts to other teams can give them breathing room as re-signing the two would no longer be their concern. 

However, Goldberg said the Heat is unlikely to make this deal since Noah is expected to be out for the remainder of the season after undergoing surgery for a shoulder injury.

Miami would also not want to part ways with Deng who is a major part of the rotation. 

The 30-year-old veteran played in 41 games (40 starts) for Miami this season, averaging 10.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 31.3 minutes played per outing. 

According to Goldberg, the only factor that may turn this deal in to a reality is if the Heat believe Noah can heal from the shoulder injury and be a "key piece" to the franchise in the 2016–17 NBA season. 

Noah is linked to rumors since the trade period began because of the reduced role he has this season, as younger big men started to emerge for Chicago. 

The recent shoulder woe added insult to injury and now, Noah, a once prominent personality for the Bulls, is becoming a trade option.
