Gaffney Chicago Medical Center will play host to the agents of the Department of Homeland Security in the upcoming episode of the NBC series "Chicago Med."

In "Bound," Buddy TV reports that two undocumented immigrants have come to Chicago by stowing away on a plane. When they are brought to the hospital for treatment, Homeland follows them to make sure they will not escape. The government agency will investigate what prompted the pair to commit a foolhardy act to enter the country. Sharon Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) is the one in charge of treating the injuries sustained by the pair and she will be the focal person of the authorities for this case. Will things work out for the stowaways?

Meanwhile, there will be a lot going on for the residents of Gaffney for the upcoming episode. Connor Rhodes' (Colin Donnell) well-off father, Cornelius (guest star DW Moffett), has donated big to the hospital, which makes construction of a new psych ward possible. The board of directors is preparing to honor him for his generous contribution, but the celebration will not bode well for the Rhodes family. Dark secrets are about to come out and at its center is the Trauma Surgery Fellow. Will the doctors finally learn the murky past of their colleague?

Elsewhere, pregnant Natalie Manning (Torrey De Vitto) will finally give birth. This will be an emotional scene, as she just lost her husband who was killed while serving in the military abroad. Hopefully, her Gaffney family will be there to give all the support she needs for this momentous event in her life. If Natalie is worrying about her baby, Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) will be upset when his mother-in-law, Helen (guest star Annie Potts) misreads his intentions to help.

Also in episode 6, Sarah Reese (Rachel DiPillo) will have a hard time giving the bad news to the parents of a young patient with a debilitating disease. The possibility of their other son having the same sickness is high, and she does not quite know how to deliver the heartbreaking diagnosis. She will reportedly ask Daniel Charles to help her out with this difficult ordeal.

"Chicago Med" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on NBC.
