Chris Pratt shares headshot of himself on Twitter

The much-talked about headshot posted by @prattprattpratt.Twitter

Chris Pratt made Twitter-verse go wild after posting an old photo online.

The 35-year-old hunk actor posted his entry for Twitter's #ThrowbackThursday trend last week, and the world got a glimpse on his first-ever headshot as a struggling actor back in the early 2000s.

Pratt posted, "The name's Douchemaster McChest And this is my first headshot. You're welcome. #throwbackthursday circa 2000."

The tweet included his epic picture with messy, highlighted hair, side burns, as well as a tacky unbuttoned shirt.

The "Guardians of Galaxy" star had improved a lot over the years and has now made it big in Hollywood.

The actor had to go through a lot of hard work in order to achieve his look for the superhero movie. According to The Daily Star, Pratt had to undergo drastic workouts to prepare for his role in the "Guardians of the Galaxy."  He admitted that he went through intensive physical training, and even described his routine as "Three or four hours a day of just consistent, ass-kicking hard work."

For six months, the 35-year old performer had to include running, boxing and kickboxing, swimming, as well as P90X routines to tone his body. He also joined a triathlon during that time. In addition, his diet was increased to 4,000 calories a day and he had to drink plenty of water.

Obviously, all his exercise and dieting routines paid off, and his round body was replaced with a leaner, more muscular feature.

Aside from his looks, a lot of things are looking well for Anna Faris' husband. His "Parks and Recreation" series is doing very well in the small screen, and he was even asked to return next season for another year of comedic entertainment.

Pratt was also given the golden opportunity to host Saturday Night Live's 40th season premiere on Sept. 27.

Because of all these achievements, fans can forgive the actor for looking like that in his decade-old photograph.
