"Clash of Clans" fans are already expecting that a September update is coming, but Supercell, the game developer, has been mum on what will arrive to the game. Gamers are speculating that the overall gameplay will change that it will gain the followers it has lost to another mobile game.

Several news outlet has reported that "Clash of Clans" has lost a significant amount of players over "Pokémon GO." For the past few months, players' pool has gone down significantly. The May update may also contributed to the negative experience of the players, the reason they wanted to move to other games.

Loyal fans now believe that the company is planning to win those players back again when it rolls out its huge update next month. Yibada stated in its report that the August update just covered minor things for the game, and is also a preparation for the game's future update.

While there are no official details available for the upcoming update, fans are speculating that the next one will bring in some capacity for the players to harvest gems for free. It may be offered for a limited time just to lure players back to the game. Others are also talking about an additional feature to Town Halls levels 1 to 11, to bring enthusiasm to new or low-level players as well. Supercell has only taken notice of higher level of Town Halls with its previous update.

University Herald reported that the developer has also taken in feedbacks and suggestions, and is trying to work on something that will bring in several more improvements to the game. The August update may possibly the start, with the Healers able to trigger air traps again, as well as Miner's movement speed were reduced.

"Healers have become a staple high-level troop, but stay out of defensive range too safely, sometimes for the entire battle. Cue the Seeking Air Mines," and "Miners are a bit too speedy for a unit that burrows underground, making them too effective at overwhelming and wiping out entire Villages," the company stated on its announcement for this month's update.

Fans are on the lookout for any news coming from Supercell.
