If gamers have been up-to-date with gaming news, they would know that more and more classic games are getting remastered versions or just being brought back to modernity. This time, classic arcade beat-'em-up game "Raging Justice" is coming to modern consoles while still having that 80s-style graphics.

The game's resurrection after nearly three decades was first announced through a video trailer. Although lasting for only a minute, it definitely gives fans of the original games a feeling of nostalgia seeing both Nikki Rage and Rick Justice in action. Some lethal moves and attacks to beat a mob of enemies are even showcased in the promo video.

In single-player mode, players can either choose Nikki Rage or Rick Justice who each have their own moves. As the game progresses, players can either choose to be a good cop or a bad cop and the ending will depend on the choices presented in the game. Telltale fans would know how this works.

Players can also team up with friends as the game supports co-op mode. However, it is not sure yet whether it will be online or local. Going local would, according to many gamers, probably be the best way to play classic games. Others would say that it should go online for the obvious reason of convenience.

As for those who worry about the authenticity of the game's revival, the developers of the original game are also on board for the new "Raging Justice." The game will be published by Team17 that teamed up with developers MakinGames. The team at MakinGames is the same team — at least most of them — who came from Rare Ltd., the developers of the original game.

"Raging Justice" has no exact release date yet but should be out within the year for the PlayStation 4 (PS4), Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
