The Cleveland Cavaliers made it to the NBA Finals last season despite all the setbacks they have had and now, franchise star LeBron James expresses his eagerness to play with fellow big three members point guard Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.

James recently posted a photo of him, Irving, and Love on his Instagram with the caption, "Man I can't wait to get back on the floor again with you two guys! Last year was just a sample size of what we're capable of and I'm so hyped thinking about what's next @kevinlove@k1irving #King #UncleDrew #Menace#TheLand."

Cleveland did not have a great start last season as the team adjusted to James returning, the addition of Love, and having David Blatt as a head coach.

But after the first half of the season, the Cavaliers went on a tear to finish the regular season with a 53–29 record which was enough for the second-seed in the Eastern Conference.

In their first trip to the playoffs since 2010, the Cavs swept the Boston Celtics in the first-round but lost Love for the remainder of the season because of a shoulder injury.

Love was a huge loss to Cleveland as he was an efficient contributor on both ends of the court.

Still the Cavaliers survived in the second-round, eliminating the Chicago Bulls in six games and sweeping the Atlanta Hawks in the conference finals.

As they reached the Finals, the Cavaliers had so much hope following their playoff performance despite not having Love.

But in Game 1 against the Golden State Warriors, Irving re-injured his knee that sidelined him for the remainder of their championship series, in which they lost in six games despite having an early 2–1 lead.

The Cavaliers are entering the 2015–16 season as one of the favorites to win the championship and if they remain healthy, a Larry O'Brien Trophy could not be far from sight.
