LeBron James has not yet moved on from their NBA Finals loss to the Golden State Warriors and in a radio interview said he is having "nightmares" about the recent setback.

"No matter how much you try and say you did everything you did, you gave everything that you had and you move on, I don't feel like you ever move on. You're right there in the Finals and you had an opportunity to do something special," James told Bleacher Report Radio on Sirius XM.

The four-time MVP added, "I guess there's nightmares now about situations throughout the games that's always replaying in my head. It's definitely difficult, you know I'm getting better every day, but you know it takes quite a while for me to get out of the funk."

James, who recently signed a two-year contract worth $46.9 million to stay with the Cavaliers, also said that if only Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving were around during that Finals stretch, they would have had a better chance of winning.

Love injured his shoulder in the first round while Irving made it to the Finals but was hurt in Game 1 and was unable to continue the series.

But James added that having Love and Irving does not give them a sure shot at the championship.

"Does it say we're going to win the championship? It does not. You still have to go out on the floor and play the game. But it definitely would have given us a better shot," he added.

James also commended their playoff run last season saying, "I can't remember [any] team in NBA history, and I'm a historian of the game, that was able to get as far as we did missing two All-Stars."

The Cavaliers took a 2-1 series lead in that Finals series against the Warriors but lost the next three games.
