The creator of the "Condemned" series is now open to hand out the development of the third installment of the game to any interested independent studio. Jace Hall, the founder and former CEO of Monolith Productions, is inviting those who are willing to develop another installment in the "Condemned" franchise. 

"I am contemplating finding an interested and proven Indie development team AND PROVIDING IT TO THEM, so that they can take over the franchise and move it forward," the game producer said  via his Facebook page. 

According to Hall, he is consistently asked if Monolith will still develop the next game under the "Condemned" franchise. The 2005-released "Condemned: Criminal Origins" and its sequel, "Condemned 2: Bloodshot" released in March 2008, did well in the market. However, the game producer is currently working on other stuff at the moment, which means that he has no time to make "Condemned 3."

Hall also pointed out that he knows how hard it is for indie studios to get media attention to market the titles that they produce, which is why making something that comes from an already established franchise like "Condemned" will make it easier for them to sell it to the public. 

The "Condemned" series is known as one of the most exceptional horror first-person shooter games that was recently released. It offers a brilliant combination of melee combat, puzzle solving, forensic examination, and psychological thriller. It follows the adventures of Ethan Thomas, a certified CSO agent under the Serial Crime Unit of the FBI. His journey to find out who Serial Killer X is, the person responsible for framing him for murder, brings him to different condemned buildings. 

Fans of the game are excited to get another installment from the "Condemned" franchise, and they support Hall's idea of offering the game development to talented independent game studios to keep the franchise rolling.
