Irish fighting super star, Conor McGregor, has created a documentary film that tells the story of his rapid rise to fame and success. The documentary film titled "Conor McGregor: Notorious" has already been released in McGregor's home country, Ireland, and in the U.K. as of Nov. 1. It will be shown to audiences in the U.S. a week after.

In a report by The Sun, the man in charge of directing the film was Gavin Fitzgerald, who has been quietly leading his crew to document the Irish super star's career for the past four years. During the premiere in Dublin, the fighting Irishman was accompanied by his long-time partner and mother of his first child, Dee Devlin, along with immediate family and friends.

It would appear that no expenses were spared either, since the McGregor family came in wearing what appeared to be very expensive outfits. This was not a surprise to most given his $75 million pay out after his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. back in August.

According to the Irish Mirror, McGregor even had promoted the premiere on his Instagram account with a picture of the Pope's visits and parades where numerous people flocked just to get a glimpse of him. McGregor did not outright say that he was making a comparison, but the picture spoke for itself, given the Irishman's bravado.

In a movie review by Den of Geek, "Conor McGregor: Notorious" is like a slightly longer version of the UFC's pre-fight promotional videos. However, the distinguishing element injected into the 90-minute documentary is the relatability of McGregor's journey throughout his four-year career after getting recruited by the UFC. The documentary also gave audiences a good idea of why McGregor was highly motivated when it came to money.

"Conor McGregor: Notorious" premieres in the U.S. on Nov. 8 for a special one-day screening.
