UFC commentator Joe Rogan believes that a rematch with Nate Diaz will be "problematic" for Conor McGregor, who got a taste of his first defeat from his rival.

"I think stylistically it's a troublesome fight for (McGregor). Nate's grappling is a world away from Conor right now, his cardio is insane and he is so tough, so where is Conor shining?" Rogan said on his podcast.

He added that the Irishman is now "exposed" after that loss to Diaz, explaining that McGregor is "human and he can be beaten."

Rogan also called out and urged the UFC superstar to accept that although the first right minutes of the fight were "easy" like he claimed, "the last three were a lot worse... you gotta accept that."

Diaz and McGregor's rematch was set to take place next month, but the former refused to go through it. The battle will now take place at the UFC 202 this August.

Learning from his mistakes, McGregor has been intensely preparing for his second showdown with Diaz to be able to redeem himself after being choked out by his rival.

Kicking the training up a notch, McGregor sought the help of Dillon Danis, an accomplished grappler and Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt under Marcelo Garcia, one of the best submission grapplers in the world.

"We've been in contact for a while and the time was just right. He's one of my idols and you don't pass up opportunities like this. He has one of the greatest minds and skillsets ever in the sport," Danis said in a statement picked up by Bloody Elbow of his training gig with McGregor.

Ever since he lost to Diaz during the second round if their fight at the UFC 196, McGregor has been "obsessed" with a rematch. Diaz, on the other hand, has been enjoying the glory of having spoiled McGregor's once-impeccable record.

The McGregor vs. Diaz rematch will take place on Aug. 20.
