It seems like BAU will have to look for a needle in a hay stack in the next episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11, as the team investigates a woman's death in a town filled with sex offenders.

According to the synopsis for the episode titled "Pariahville," the team will look for the murderer responsible for the death of a woman who was killed in a small town in Florida where most sex offenders in the state live. The case becomes very tricky, since they have to pinpoint the killer in a sea full of suspects.

Also, the episode will also reveal that BAU's newest forensic psychologist Tara Lewis (Aisha Tyler) will be offered a new job opportunity. While the offer could be tempting, it could mean that Lewis must leave BAU if she decides to go for it. Will she accept the job offer and leave the team with one less member again?

At the end of season 10, BAU had to say goodbye to Kate Callahan (Jennifer Love Hewitt) to concentrate on raising her family one year after she joined the team, while JJ (A.J. Cook) also had to take a short break to give birth to her child. But it was reported that Cook will return to the series after her maternity leave, which means that the team could still have enough manpower if Lewis decides to grab the new job opportunity.

Earlier reports claimed that Tyler will have a limited recurring role in "Criminal Minds" season 11, since she will have to step into Cook's role while she rests after giving birth. But according to Ecumenical News, fans are hoping to see Lewis stay in the team or return in future episodes because of her amazing chemistry with the other actors.

"Criminal Minds" season 11 episode 6 is scheduled to air on Wednesday, Nov. 4, on CBS.
