'Cyrus Prophecy' the reason why witches everywhere are casting spells on Donald Trump?
A Christian author has provided one possible explanation as to why witches all over the world, not just in America, are apparently casting spells on President Donald Trump.
Speaking to CBN News, author and speaker Lance Wallnau said the reason why witches want Trump out of the White House is because of the "Cyrus Prophecy" that has been spoken about the U.S. President.
"It's particularly interesting. You would think that this would be a uniquely American problem. But the witches community globally is incensed with Donald Trump," Wallnau said.
"That gives you a sense of the metron of authority that this particular ruler has that witches around the world are uniting trying to curse him," he said. "I don't recall a presidency that ever stirred up so much intense unity among occult opposition, and that ought to tell a Christian something."
Wallnau said this shows that there has been "an anointing on this administration and God Himself must have an agenda because the devil's organizing publicly to try to block it."
Before last year's U.S. presidential election, Wallnau had predicted that Trump was the "prophesied president," CP reported.
Wallnau claimed that he had a talk with God who told him that "the 45th president is Isaiah 45."
"I said, 'Isaiah 45?' The Lord said, 'The 45th president is Isaiah 45,'" Wallnau stated.
Later he found out that America was about to elect its 45th president. He then turned to Isaiah 45, which read: "Thus saith the Lord that Cyrus whom I have anointed, I will break open for you the two leaved gates of Babylon and I will drain the river dry."
That was when he claimed to have found the connection between Trump and Cyrus.
"Cyrus, historians say, snuck into Babylon without a fight because He drained the river upstream and marched his soldiers through so they came through the gates without any resistance," Wallnau said. "Cyrus was the individual who the prophet Isaiah prophesied 100 years before he came to power and said that he is being raised up for Israel's sake, for God's people."
In the interview with CBN News, Wallnau said the works of the witches should not be taken lightly.
In February, the witches launched a campaign to #BindTrump on social media, casting their first spell on Feb. 24.
They vowed to continue casting spells on Trump every month until he leaves office.
A group called "Magic Resistance" even launched a Facebook page to help recruit more people to #BindTrump.
ExtraNewsfeed detailed the spells the witches are casting on Trump.
Wallnau said these curses need to be blocked "by a vigilant shield of intercession 24 hours a day for the president, for his family and for those who are his top advisors."
He recently hosted a live stream prayer for Trump's protection on Facebook.
Wallnau said the witches' effort to get rid of Trump is actually encouraging more Christians to pray for the president.
"As witches go public on cursing Trump, Christians increase their intercession for him. So it's possible while they're attempting to do him damage, it's mobilizing more prayer than the president's had since election night," he said.
