Abby Lee Miller is still in prison for fraud, but she was able to post a cryptic entry on her Instagram account that hints at an eighth season of "Dance Moms."

Abby Lee Miller, the former star of "Dance Moms" and current inmate at the Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California, will still be serving an extended prison sentence due to a crackdown on prison budgets. Curiously, Miller has still been consistently posting on her Instagram page, with a recent post captioned "Missing my studio today. Can't wait to get back to teaching. #dance #dancemoms." This led to speculation that an eighth season might already be in the works, pending her official release.

Miller was originally set to be released on Feb. 20, but because the Federal Bureau of Prisons has been limiting the budgets for halfway houses for newly-released inmates, this has delayed the "Dance Moms" alumni's re-entry into her normal life. The 51-year-old choreographer was convicted for 20 counts of fraud and was sentenced to serve time for one year and a day by a federal judge in Pittsburgh.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, prison consultant Jennifer Myers said that Miller found out about her aborted release quite abruptly. Myers said, "It was a pretty upsetting thing for her over the weekend to not be able to talk to anybody and find out what was happening. It didn't make any sense. She had her halfway house plan and they just weren't communicating with her that it wasn't happening anymore."

Aside from maintaining social media presence, Miller has also kept in touch via email with her former "Dance Moms" star Sarah Ashley Hunt. The dance student even said in an interview with Life & Style that "Miss Abby even sketched my solo costume while in jail on a sketch pad, with all of the details boldly stated, and had Miss Gianna forward it to me and my mom to have made."

Hunt also expressed concern for her former dance instructor. She told Life & Style that "she really has taken the fall for many of the cast members and most of them have turned their backs on her — which is the saddest thing ever. If it wasn't for Miss Abby, none of my success and their success would be possible."

As of now, there is still no word regarding her updated release date.
