'Dance Moms' season 6 spoilers: Is Abby Miller leaving the show next?

Lifetime

"Dance Moms" has said goodbye to young dancers in the show multiple times that fans think it has become a tradition. If it is indeed one, then the question is, who would be the next one to go? If Abby Miller's latest interview is to go by, all the youngsters in the house will stay put but she may be the one to leave next.

Talking to Entertainment Tonight, Miller dished some behind-the-scenes drama that happened back in season 5. Apparently, there are so many issues going on and Miller does not want to look ahead into "Dance Moms" season 6 without those getting cleaned up.

"Lifetime is a little in arrears on their payment plan with me personally, and so I think that will have to be taken care of first before we talk about season six," the star revealed, explaining that the show brings down her business rather than boost it.

"Kids left because of the crew, and stepping on their bags and pushing them out of the way and all those things. The kids on the show need to take class, need to continue training ... nothing is more important to me than them being in class," she explained.

She also revealed that she wouldn't be seen in most episodes of season 5, the latter half of which has yet to air. One of the reasons is an altercation at one of the competitions where she left and didn't come back after the producer "threw [her] out."

"There's about one [episode] that I just wasn't there [for]. And I thought, 'You know what? If they can do it without me, do it without me,'" she shared, revealing that she did not show up because the kids' moms kept pestering her about their daughters "taking" and "disrupting" classes in her studio.

If there is one thing Miller wants to change in the show, it is its focus. She believes that "Dance Moms" season 6 or the show as a whole will be much better if it focused on the art of dancing and that alone.

"It's the kids that watch our show. So I wish that the network would realize that, and the production company would back off the moms and the swearing and the fighting and all that, and let's concentrate on the dancing," she sounded off.

The latter half of "Dance Moms" season 5 will premiere June 9.
