"The Bachelor" alum Chris Soules is still in the running for the Mirror Ball Trophy in "Dancing with the Stars" season 20. Fans did not miss the hunky farmer from Iowa, who went straight from looking for the love of his life to showing off his dance moves.

Whitney Bischoff, whom Soules proposed to in "The Bachelor," is very supportive of her man's new endeavor. She has constantly been in the audience, watching him perform and cheering him to her heart's content. But Bischoff was nowhere to be seen in the taping of Monday's episode, which has sent "The Bachelor" fans in an uproar as they churn on the possibility that the two are no longer a couple.

In an interview with Glamour, Soules addressed the rumors but undeniably left his fans even more worried.

"She actually went back to Chicago this weekend," Soules told the aforementioned publication. "She had some work things to get caught up on. And now [this process is] getting really intense. I'm not even existent to her, and she's missing friends and home, so she's going to take some time back there, and I'm sure she'll be back in the next couple weeks hopefully if I'm still here."

It looks like Bischoff is spending some time away from Soules, who hopes that he is still in the dance competition" when she comes back. She did not see him perform a contemporary dance with Witney Carson to Sam Smith's "Lay Me Down." She also missed watching him dance a Paso Doble with his pro dance partner and Lindsay Arnold in a trio challenge.

The competition is heating up as Chris and five other celebrity contenders battle it out on the dance floor.

After tonight's "Dancing with the Stars" season 20 themed "America's Choice," two couples will be eliminated tomorrow, Tuesday.
