A popular YouTube channel called The Know from Rooster Teeth claims to have obtained new solid details and screenshots from "Dark Souls 3," the highly-anticipated action role-playing video game and the hottest in From Software's acclaimed "Dark Souls" franchise.

The game studio has yet to make the title official but the leakster claimed that it will be released next year for the PS4 and Xbox One, with a PC version described as "negotiable." Rooster Teeth also said that there will be a dozen monster-laden areas to explore in the game.

Rooster Teeth also served up copious details about its gameplay starting with the game's support for one to four players. It wasn't specified whether this covers co-op or player-vs-player. What's mentioned was that players will be able to choose from 10 classes when building their characters.

There will be 45 monsters skulking and waiting to come at players and, apart from those, there will also be 15 bosses in "Dark Souls 3" as per Rooster Teeth. Despite the big numbers, the leakster noted that characters and monsters from previous installments in the series will not be included.

Battling with the bosses will be "completely" changed in the title as the leakster detailed that the encounters will have what it called a "Heat Up" factor, which, unfortunately, Rooster Teeth did not detail. Dealing with the horde of brutes won't be a problem.

There will be 100 weapons and 40 armor sets in the gamers' arsenal. Rooster Teeth added that there will be a total of 60 minutes of mostly in-engine cutscenes and players will have to participate in "sacrifice ceremonies" as opposed to soapstones and signs for online interactions.

Lastly, the leakster believes that From Software will formally introduce "Dark Souls 3" to the gaming realm at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo from June 16 to 18, which gamers expect and hope the game studio would actually do.
