"Dark Souls III" is one of the highly anticipated action-role playing games for the year. It was released in Japan last March 24, its home country, and other countries will be able to download it on April 12. However, players outside of Japan were able to download and have played the game after a few tricks, which brought disappointment for the Western players.

Bandai Namco, the game publisher, has repeatedly reminded gamers from other regions not to download the game yet because it will be incomplete and the effects for gamers will not be that big, thus eliminating the point of a surprise. However, the warnings were not heeded and several gamers got disappointed. The company also said that the game will have a day-one patch for optimization, plus the multiplayer option is not yet enabled, as GameRant reported.

The report also stated that gamers who accessed the region loophole on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are set to experience lower quality mode, thus many got upset when the game was running at a 900p resolution instead of 1080p.

NVIDIA, on the other hand, is also after the best gaming experience for "Dark Souls III" players, thus, they have announced that the GeForce Game Ready 364.72 WHQL drivers are ready to be downloaded. The GPU company also said that the latest set of drivers are also optimized for the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive virtual reality headsets. Other games that will benefit from the latest set of drivers are "Killer Instinct," "Paragon" and "Quantum Break."

WCCFTech added that because of the big difference with regard to the release dates, Japanese players were able to explore the game early on and also early to discover game glitches. One Japanese player uploaded a video that shows a duplication glitch. Nevertheless, the video failed to show how the whole process can be activated and thus it will drive other players to discover it on their own.

For North America and Europe players, since the game is still less than two weeks away, the glitch may have already been patched by that time.

"Dark Souls III" is an action-role playing video game where players get to be equipped with bows, big swords, dual swords, firebombs, body armors and protective shields -- medieval era of weapons. Players can also have magical powers that can be used to fight off demons and monsters all throughout the game. The game is set to be released internationally on April 12 for the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
