Everyone knows that Will (Chandler Massey) is going to resurface in Salem at some point, but it is still unclear how. In addition, there is the question regarding what he has been doing this whole time. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal where Will might have been all this time.

Alongside Will, fans know that Dr. Rolf (William Utay) will also be returning along with a few other characters. There is a chance that Dr. Rolf and Will are whom Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) described as connected. Ben let slip that Will is alive during the double wedding, leaving everyone shocked as he was escorted out of the church.

Naturally, some would not believe him, given that they saw his body. So how could Will be alive? That is a question that even Ben does not have an answer to, nor does he know where Will is. However, he does know who has him. In the midst of being grilled about Will's location, Ben said that he knew "these people," so who are these people exactly?

There are people who believed that the DiMera family had something to do with it, or someone close to the family. As fans know, Dr. Rolf worked with the DiMera patriarch Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) for years, conducting experiments and even cheating his own death once before.

Should this be the case, then there has to be a reason why Dr. Rolf would steal Will's body. That is a tricky answer, one of them being that Dr. Rolf would not be the one to do it, and instead was ordered by a DiMera family member. That way, he could do his experiments while being able to resurrect Will in the process.

So the only question now is; how does Ben know about this? There are a few possibilities: Ben may have overheard a conversation, Dr. Rolf conducted some business at Bayview, or he may have even been experimented on during that time. If it is the latter, then fans can expect an interesting story ahead for him. Robert Scott Wilson did say that Ben wants to make up for all his transgressions. Ben did admit to killing Serena (Melissa Archer) and Paige (True O'Brien), but he maintains that Will is alive.

Seeing as he is sane enough to take responsibility for those deaths, then he might not be as crazy as he was thought to be. Could this also become Ben's redemption arc? That remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, a few other people are trying to get to the bottom of this mystery. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Paul (Christopher Sean) will suggest to Sonny (Freddie Smith) to see if Will is still in his grave. Sonny will initially be against the idea. He wants his husband to rest in peace. Then again, he has to know if Will was where they placed him when he was buried.

Unfortunately, they are going to hit a bump in the road. Justin (Wally Kurth) will remind Sonny that he does not have the authority to approve the order. Even though Will and Sonny were not divorced, they were only legally separated. They will have to ask someone who does not like Sonny to allow Will's body to be exhumed.

This will result to them going up to Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) for help but he will refuse. He does not want people digging up Will's body. This leaves them trying to contact Sami (Alison Sweeney). However, Paul may not want to wait for Sami to respond or worry that she will have to say now. When Sami finds out about Ben's claims, she will not believe him. She also refuses to acknowledge that her son could still be alive.

This will get Paul to take matters in his own hands and ask John (Drake Hogestyn) to help him exhume Will's body. Is Will's body still in his grave? Or is he actually alive? Fans know that he will be, so it is only a matter of time before everyone in Salem does.

"Days of Our Lives" airs Mondays to Fridays at 12 p.m. EDT on NBC.
