In an effort to find answers regarding her son Will (Chandler Massey), Sami (Alison Sweeney) may have found herself on the wrong side of the law. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Sami might be spending some time in a jail cell.

It is clear that Sami would do anything for her kids, even if it means going to illegal lengths to do it. This is especially the case now that there is a cloud of hope that Will may actually still be alive. In her own mission to find her son next week, it seems that she will commit a crime that will get her arrested. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) will decide to put her in jail, and this will not sit well with someone – this being none other than Rafe (Galen Gering).

Hope is trying to prove herself to everyone in town as the new police commissioner. Rafe had already previously suggested that she was giving JJ (Casey Moss) preferential treatment just because he is family. However, that might change when he sees that Sami is in jail. Unfortunately, Rafe might undermine Hope's decision once again, and he will likely stand up for his ex. He could argue that Hope went too far. Rafe may point out that there should be a balance between going by the book and giving reasonable leeway.

However, Rafe is not the police commissioner, and even if he is right, he is not authorized to make the call. If he continues to question Hope's decisions, then this might lead to the two of them breaking up soon. Sami will also have some words with Hope. She will mostly be upset about being in jail when she could be out there finding her son. Hope will understand that she is going through a hard time at the moment, but that does not mean she will let her walk away for breaking the law.

Fortunately, an agreement will be made, and when Sami is released from prison, she will meet up with Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Paul (Christopher Sean) to update each other on what they know. John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) will also pitch in to help.

Meanwhile, it seems that the remainder of the doppelganger storyline will be coming to an end soon. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will learn what is really going on with the woman he thinks is "Adrienne" (Judi Evans). Fans know how devastated he was when she supposedly left him, not knowing that it was not Adrienne at all, but her lookalike Bonnie (Judi Evans).

The real Adrienne is stuck at Statesville trying to avoid added time in solitary confinement. Fortunately, help will finally be coming to her and she will be able to get her life back. Justin (Wally Kurth), Steve (Stephen Nichols), and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will come up with a plan to get Adrienne out. When Justin reveals this to Lucas, he will be stunned.

He will have a hard time trying to process how he was fooled by Bonnie. However, it seems that Adrienne will actually break his heart and be more interested in reuniting with Justin down the line.
