Previous "Days of Our Lives" spoilers have revealed that Eileen Davidson was going to return to the show for a brief number of episodes, and it was eventually revealed that she will be reprising her role as Susan Banks. However, fans are in for a treat as Davidson will also be reprising her most well-known role in the soap, Kristen DiMera.

Longtime viewers last saw Kristen getting into a confrontation with Marlena (Deidre Hall), which resulted in the "Doc" pushing her out the window. This should have killed her, but her body was nowhere to be found. It remains a mystery if she walked away or someone took her when she fell.

Knowing that Kristen is back, she will be out for blood and it is not just Marlena who will be in danger. Brady (Eric Martsolf) for one, will also be in danger, most especially his son with Theresa (Jen Lilley), Tate.

It has long been speculated that Kristen would come back, some fans were even convinced after it was announced that Davidson would be reprising her role as Susan Banks. A plot twist that could happen is that Kristen is disguised as Susan. However, it poses a question as to why she would take an interest in Will (Chandler Massey). There is clearly more to the story.

As to when Kristen will show up, it is unclear, but knowing that she will be returning means that Marlena and most especially Brady will have to watch their backs.

In the meatime, "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope's (Kristian Alfonso) romance will definitely be headed down a rough road. How? Rafe ends up hooking up with Sami (Alison Sweeney).

Hope and Rafe have been engaged for some time, and while Rafe is ready to get the wedding plans started, Hope continues to postpone setting the wedding date. She insists that she is in no rush to get married, but deep down, she has simply not moved on from the love of her life, Bo (Peter Reckell).

Rafe and Hope will have a heated argument, with the latter suddenly saying what he has been thinking about for a while now, that he is not Bo and never will be. Rafe is right about that, but obviously it hurts him that his efforts of constantly trying to prove his love for her were for nothing. This leads him to turn to someone familiar for comfort.

Rafe and Sami will get caught up in a passionate hookup. It was somehow foreshadowed after all. Rafe has done a lot for Sami ever since she came back to Salem. Last week's episode also saw the way Rafe looked at Sami. If Hope is not going to appreciate him and his efforts, then he will go to someone who will, and it seems that it is Sami.

Hope will, naturally, have to face the reality that she will never truly move on from Bo. Knowing how many characters have returned from the dead, this could pave the way for her soul mate to come back from the dead.

Sami, on the other hand, will not be staying in Salem for long. When the Will Horton storyline has ended, she will leave town. Sami will likely continue following leads to find the love of her life, EJ (James Scott).

"Days of Our Lives" airs Mondays to Fridays at 1 p.m. EST on NBC.
