In the midst of her search for the truth, Sami (Alison Sweeney) just cannot seem to avoid breaking the law this week on "Days of Our Lives." Spoilers indicate that she will have yet another run-in with the law in Memphis.

Sami and the group will meet an Elvis impersonator who claims to be the real thing. However, she will not be bothered with his claims and instead get straight to asking him where her son is as well as Dr. Rolf's (William Utay) employer. Yet, Elvis will end up calling the police and when an officer arrives, Sami will end up aggravating them, which will land her in handcuffs. Sonny (Freddie Smith), Paul (Christopher Sean), John (Drake Hogestyn), and Marlena (Deidre Hall) will all be surprised at what Sami will get herself into.

Fortunately, Justin (Wally Kurth), Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), and Adrienne (Judi Evans) will be catching up to them in time and Justin will sort things out. Sami, along with John and Marlena, will go back to the Elvis impersonator's home to look for more clues. The three of them will end up in a room that belongs to someone named EJ, which could bring this search to a surprising direction.

Sami will start to wonder if this is the same EJ (then played by James Scott) she knows. Marlena, on the other hand, will remind Sami that she had no luck when she looked for EJ. She will think that this is a whole other situation entirely, and they will continue looking in case a clue comes up.

They will start piecing everything together when they see some clothing that belongs to a woman. They will realize that Susan Banks (Eileen Davidson) is somehow involved in this whole Will (Chandler Massey) mystery. The room may be something she preserved to keep her son's memory alive.

On the other hand, there is a chance that Will is serving as her substitute son now. Fans know that Will may not be the same person he once was after coming back from the dead. Perhaps, EJ could not be brought back for some reason, so Susan had Dr. Rolf try resurrecting Will. She could even be calling him EJ too.

Either way, Susan will appear to them while holding a shotgun. However, Sami will not be afraid of her. She is there to learn the truth about Will so she will demand answers.

Back in Salem, "Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) will certainly shake things up in town with her return. Just when Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Victor (John Aniston) know who exactly killed Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) that night at the Martin house, things will take a surprising turn come November.

Eve will reveal that she married Deimos and supposedly had a good relationship with him off-screen. After receiving word of his death, she will ask for answers. As viewers recall, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) assigned the case to JJ (Casey Moss), not wanting it to go cold as it might be turning into. Hope will face some pressure knowing that Eve is Deimos' widow and demands the truth of what happened to her villainous husband.

Nicole (Arianne Zucker) remembers killing Deimos. Of course, her memories during that night she was high on Halo are not exactly solid. It is possible that they are fake memories. All it would take is a little push, especially if someone has some pent up rage and drugs, and these certainly apply to her.

It should also be noted that how everything was revealed seemed to be lacking in drama, and therefore there is a possibility that there may be more to this. "Days of Our Lives" buzz hints that Nicole may pop back into Salem for a Christmas episode. Should that be confirmed, then she will not be exposed as Deimos' murderer. If Nicole did not kill Deimos, then the question is: Who did it?

Obviously, someone has to pay for the crime, regardless if Deimos deserved it. It cannot be a major character and should be someone that fans are not exactly going to miss if they get exposed. It is likely that they will bring in a character that is guilty, like Xander (Paul Telfer). Despite the belief that someone beat him to the punch, perhaps he still did execute Victor's hit anyway.

Then again, they could also bring in someone new to bring this storyline to a close. Deimos definitely has a lot of enemies, both in Salem and in other places. It would certainly be convenient if someone came to seek revenge.

"Days of Our Lives" airs Mondays to Fridays at 12 p.m. EDT on NBC.
