Chase Jennings (Jonathon McClendon) may be in deep trouble, but someone from his past could possibly return to rescue him in the next episodes of "Days of Our Lives."

After reports about Daniel Cosgrove's return to "Days of Our Lives" came out in February, the Jason47's Days Website Facebook page revealed that the return of his character Aiden Jennings will be for a long haul. This sparked speculations that Aiden will be present in his son Chase's life now that he is facing trouble with the law.

Aiden was last seen during the night of his wedding with Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), when he attempted to kill her upon the orders of Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). But Hope's ex-husband arrived just in time to rescue her, killing Aiden in the process.

But it seems like Aiden managed to escape death, or was never killed in the first place. According to several speculations, Stefano could have hired somebody who looked like Aiden to kill Hope. This could mean that Chase's father has nothing to do with the attempted murder.

Meanwhile, spoilers claim that Ciara will do everything that she can in order to forget the horrible memories of her rape by Chase. In the upcoming episode, Ciara will throw a wild birthday party. This will make Hope a little worried for her daughter since Ciara never did anything like that before.

Meanwhile, Joey (James Lastovic) will also confess to Roman (Josh Taylor) that he killed Ava (Tamara Braun). But Steve will hear his confession and will remind him about his role in the Pillow Murder. Will Joey come clean to the police in order to clear his conscience?
