The Denver Broncos go on the road in Week 15 to San Diego for a massive match up against the San Diego Chargers.

The Broncos are still hoping to chase down the New England Patriots for the number 1 seed placing in the AFC for the postseason. At the moment the Broncos are tied with the Patriots on 10-3, but if the season ended now the Patriots would take the top seeding, with the Broncos having to settle with the number 2 seed spot.

Meanwhile, the Chargers have been impressive this season and will be a big challenge for the Broncos. San Diego are currently in a Wild Card spot in the AFC, but have no room at all for mistakes; the Pittsburgh Steelers are ahead of them in the 5th seed spot, where as the Baltimore Ravens are behind as 7th seed - all three of those teams are on 8-5 coming into this weekend's games.

Today's quarterback match up will see Peyton Manning go up against Philip Rivers; combined the two quarterbacks have 62 touchdowns this season, ensuring that there should be plenty of fireworks today.

Manning is 332 of 496 for 3,910 yards and 36 touchdowns, where as Rivers is 302 of 441 for 3,407 yards and 26 touchdowns.

The Chargers will have to find a way to slow down the Broncos, who are posting an average of 405.6 total yards gained per game. In comparison the Chargers are recording 336.2 total yards per game.
