Popular first-person shooter (FPS) game, "Destiny 2," is getting an event called "Crimson Days." Fans of the game would know that this event is not quite new. This time, however, a new map will be added and even an additional new mode that players will definitely have fun trying out.

The new map is called Burnout, which players will just have to check in the game as not much was revealed about it. The new mode, on the other hand, is the 2v2 (two-versus-two) Clash mode. As the name implies, players will have to find a partner to fight against or clash with other duos. Abilities will recharge a lot faster than usual provided that the partners stay close together.

The game stays true to being a "clash" mode. Those who stray from each other's partner will be penalized by revealing their location to the enemy duo. Hence, the duos will definitely have to clash with each other in a quite exhilarating way given that the abilities will be easier to spam.

Just like the previous years' Crimson Days event, pretty much the same rewards will be offered. These include ornaments, emotes, sparrows, shaders and ghost shells. These item rewards will only drop from Crimson Engrams. The game developers also made sure that players would get duplicates only if the players have gotten everything else.

There is also the Eververse Store for those who do not want to rely on the random-number generator (RNG). However, the same rule applies to getting duplicates. For those who want milestones, they can do so, too. They generally just have to play everything they can during the event.

The Crimson Days event will start on Feb. 13, 2018. It will end a whole week later, on Feb. 20. More details can be found on developer Bungie's website.
